MOM: Shardlow

Firstly, well played to Primero and good luck
for the rest of the season!

Although we started really slowly a couple of
early goals settled us, Rahul and shardlow
looking tidy at the back and Stu causing all
sorts of problems for the vertically
challenged defence.
Notable moments, a great break & finish,
Roy Keane style from the Voice and Al Noels
contender for worst miss of the season.

4-0 at half time and with a few changes we
didnt quite pick it up again 2nd half but a
solid win nevertheless.

I dont want to moan but a mention has to be
made about the referee today.
If strikers are in their own half they cannot
be off side, these were given more than
once, on top of about 35 (no exaggeration)
incorrect offside decisions. It starts to get
silly when the other team are laughing so
much at the joke decisions. We try to play
football in the right spirit but this ref ruined
the game for us today. Not the first time i
might add.

Anyway, we move on and seem to be
improving as a unit every game.
