What a great day. Camera’s were on, supporters galore, and what a great game of football. The day started with the crossbar challenge filmed for Football Crazy on Thursday. And TGA’s victory in this started a memorable day for us. Sunil and Ali G managed to hit the crossbar, although from the chat after the match, it was decided that Ali’s was the best as it went in as well.

We went out lined up like it was a champions league match, the high point of most of our footballing careers. But, with the camera’s on us, we started the first half like a bunch of headless chickens. And K-1-K capitalized on it well. Before we had time to check our make up, we were 2-0 down and looking at what could have been an embarrassing defeat.

But it wasn’t to be, after a half time chat we went out and played some of the best football we’ve played all season. A couple of tactical changes from the man soon to take over from Steve McLaren, and before we knew it we were back in the game. 2 goals from Sean (now the leagues equal top goal \012scorer), a stunning free kick from Tetsu (who won man of the match) and a first TGA goal for Yohann saw TGA come in victorious. We couldn’t have written the script any better. What a great game of football. \012\012Thanks to K-1-K for a great game, thanks to ESPN and to all our supporters who came down.
